At Handiman we ask an affordable fixed rate of just £25.00 per hour, with a minimum booking period of two hours. We do not charge a call out fee, and we do not charge for travel. In most cases, we can estimate the time required to complete your job over the phone and give you a guide as to the likely cost. All work is covered by our satisfaction guarantee. So if you’re not absolutely delighted with the quality of our workmanship, we’ll put it right - free of charge. We also carry £2m public liability insurance to give you added protection. Most customers use us purely as a labour service, but we are happy to supply materials if required. We do carry small consumables such as screws, wall plugs and filler that are all included in our hourly fee. If we have to collect additional materials, we will simply charge you the cost price plus the time it takes to get them.
