Who provides the materials?
The choice is yours. Most customers use us purely as a labour service, but we are happy to supply materials if required. We do carry small consumables such as screws, wall plugs and filler, but if you ask to supply and collect additional materials we will simply charge the cost price plus the time taken to get them.
How soon can you do the work?
We usually book appointments a few days in advance. However, we may have availability earlier, so it’s worth calling to check.
Will your handyman arrive on time?
Our time keeping is a high priority. We will give you a timed appointment and do our very best to arrive punctually. Should there be any circumstance of delay we will always contact you and keep you informed.
How are your handymen vetted?
Each of our handymen are put through a thorough background check and are carefully selected for their multi-skills, experience, polite attitude and good presentation. Our aim is to deliver excellent customer service, and our handymen wear our corporate uniform and security identification for your re-assurance.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry £2m public liability insurance.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?
Customer satisfaction is our No 1 priority. We take enormous pride in our workmanship and offer our unique Handiman™ satisfaction guarantee. So, in the unlikely event that you are not completely delighted with the work, we’ll put it right free of charge.
